Organizational Development Leader
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Organizational Development Leader is a senior-management
position charged with strengthening EMC’s culture, stewarding its core values and driving continuous and
positive organizational change.
The successful candidate will lead the firm’s talent management initiative including:
h Talent acquisition, onboarding and retention
h Talent development and training strategies
h Implementation of the People component of the firm’s strategic plan
The successful candidate will also lead the development of the firm’s human resources function including:
h Day-to-day activities of the People Department
h Benefits, compensation design and administration
h Employment related legal compliance
Candidate Profile
We are seeking a mature, collaborative, driven, adaptable, emotionally intelligent leader who balances a
strategic perspective with the ability to execute in a dynamic, middle-market growth business.
In addition to being a strong cultural fit with the desired personal characteristics, the successful candidate
will have a minimum of:
h 5 years of current experience in organizational development, organizational design or performance
h 3-5 years of early-career experience as a human resources generalist or in compensation and/or
benefits management
h Demonstrated track record driving performance in a manufacturing environment with multiple
locations
h Bachelors Degree
Additional experience that is preferred but not required:
h Workforce management of a wide range of exempt and non-exempt employees across multiple
states.
h SPHR designation
h MBA or other advanced degree
